Terms of service
Terms and Conditions (United Kingdom)
These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop by customers in the United Kingdom. Our shop is intended for consumers only. A consumer is any individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
1. Who we are
The contract is concluded with B3 Media GmbH, Alter Güterbahnhof 3c, 22303 Hamburg, Germany. Managing Director: Leonard Beyer. Registered at the Commercial Register of the Local Court of Hamburg, HRB 154047. UK VAT registration number: GB 466287357. Email: support@beyerswerk.de.
2. Ordering and contract formation
By listing products in the shop we make a binding offer to sell those products. You can add products to your basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before placing your order using the correction tools provided during checkout. The contract is formed when you click the order button at the end of the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately afterwards.
3. Contract language and storage
The contract language for orders placed on this site is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details and these terms by email. The contract text is not otherwise accessible online after the order has been placed.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs, if any, are shown during checkout before you place your order.
There are no additional charges on delivery. Import VAT, customs duties and any handling fees are covered by us regardless of the order value, and we take care of all import formalities. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom by postal or courier service only. Collection in person is not possible. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany within 1 to 3 working days and are normally delivered within 7 to 10 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Details are set out in our Delivery & Shipping policy.
6. Payment
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and may include credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Card payments are charged when you place your order. For PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna you will be redirected to the respective provider to authorise the payment. Klarna payment options are subject to Klarna's own terms and an eligibility check.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the carrier if possible and contact us straight away. Failing to do so has no effect on your legal rights, but it helps us to pursue claims against the carrier.
9. Your legal rights if something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Information on any additional manufacturer guarantees is provided on the respective product page.
10. Right to cancel
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Full details, including the exceptions and how to return goods, are set out in our Cancellation & Returns policy.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed, or for any loss that is not caused by our breach of contract. We supply the goods for domestic and private use only.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
