Delivery & Shipping (United Kingdom)

Delivery costs

Standard delivery to UK addresses is free of charge. Any other delivery option and its price are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then normally takes 7 to 10 working days. Please allow around 8 to 13 working days in total. Deliveries are often faster.

VAT, import VAT and customs

Our prices include UK VAT and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Import VAT, customs duties and any handling fees are covered by us regardless of the order value, and we handle all import formalities for you. The price shown at checkout is the total price.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow the status of your parcel at any time.

Split deliveries

If you order several items, we may send them in separate parcels at no extra cost to you. You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the cost of re-sending it may be charged.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is not collected despite notification, or delivery is refused, we will contact you with the available options (re-delivery or cancellation).
