Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, receive the last of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to support@beyerswerk.de. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. Please quote your order number. To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, but not any additional cost arising from your choice of a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods back, or, if earlier, 14 days after the day on which you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your cancellation, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please use a tracked service, and mark the parcel and any customs declaration as "Returned goods" so that no import charges arise in Germany. Please return the goods only to the address above, not to our registered office.

Deduction for diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may test electronic devices to check that they work. A deduction may be made in particular for visible signs of use such as scratches, for damage, for missing accessories such as power adapters, cables or manuals, for soiling, for use beyond a functional test, and for damaged or missing product packaging.

Faulty goods

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, please email support@beyerswerk.de with your order number and a short description, ideally with one or two photos or a short video, and we will arrange the next steps with you.
